Return & Refund Policy – Fitmusic

 

At Fitmusic we sell digital products (audio tracks and albums for Indoor Cycling and fitness and custom set creation service). Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed.

 

Why are there no refunds? Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned" as a physical product. By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.

Available previews Before you buy, you can preview each track directly in our store. We recommend you listen to it before making your purchase.

 

Exceptions If you have technical problems with your download (corrupt file, link not working, etc.), contact us at support@fitmusic.fit

 and we'll solve it with a replacement of the file or a new download link.
